The EM-Smart Basic series of machines (and the version with a rotary attachment) is designed for the production of high-quality and precise marking and engraving on a wide range of materials at speeds of up to 8000 mm/s (with air cooling). It can be used not only in the main industries, such as car parts, but also for marking tools, components, applying the date on the production line, barcodes or QR codes. It will be perfect for marking pens, key rings, bottles and many other items, and in the segment of precision machines, for marking accessories both in industry and in smaller plants. Thanks to accessories that automate work, it allows you to speed up marking processes and reduce errors.

Quick assembly
EM-Smart BASIC must be assembled before use. Within a few minutes, you can assemble your marker from three basic elements using the 12 included screws.
Integrated perforated work table
The working area of the housing is drilled. This will allow you to securely attach the positioning elements included in the set directly to the machine table - which ensures safety during work
Works with different files
The supplied software will allow you to import many popular files, including bmp, jpg, gif, plt, png, ai, dxf or dst. Thanks to cooperation with Excel, for example, you can prepare a series of data and automate the application of serial numbers!
Wide range of height adjustment
EM-Smart BASIC has a wide range of lens height adjustment. This will allow you to engrave objects as high as 20 cm. If that's not enough, rotate the head 90 degrees and place the housing on the edge of the work table and you can now mark objects 1 meter or more high.
20 or 25 Watts of power
20 or 25W of power from the MAX Photonics laser source will allow you to mark metal and selected plastics
Area 110 x 110 mm
The EM-Smart marking machine has a high-quality lens, which allows you to mark objects in the area of 110 x 110 mm as standard. However, we have the option of changing the lens to 70x70mm, 150x150mm or 175x175mm.
EZCAD Software
EM-Smart offers EZ-CAD V2.14.11 software, which fully works under Win 7, Win 10 and supports many graphic formats: ai, dxf, dst, plt, bmp, jpg, png and others. Thanks to cooperation with the database, you can save character strings and automate the marking process. Add to this the automatic feeder and you will significantly speed up the marking process.
Low weight
Only 12 to 15 kg of weight (depending on the model) allows you to easily carry the device. This mobility of the machine allows you to place it where it is needed at any time.
Power consumption up to 150W
Power consumption of only up to 150W during operation is one of the best results in the class of Fiber lasers, which can consume close to 800W. It is worth betting on ecology and a low energy bill!
Safety at work
The safety button available on the front panel of the machine and built-in protection of electronic components allow for safe operation. Additionally, the prepared safety casing allows for effective protection of co-workers. Safety glasses are included as standard!
Additional accessories
We have many additional accessories for all Basic series devices, including a feeder that automates the marking process, a foot switch, additional lenses, a filter with accessories, a cutting vice, a 3-axis moving table, a sensor for elements on the production line, glasses, a safety housing and more.

The EM-Smart BASIC laser series will prove useful in many industries, both on the production line, where you will be able to mark serial numbers on your items, as well as in an advertising company. You will make nameplates, prints on gadgets or other permanent markings on it.
The EM-Smart Basic +R version with a rotary attachment will be a complement wherever you need to mark round objects: tools, sleeves, as well as thermo mugs and other round objects. Due to the possibility of working the attachment also in the Z axis, jewelers mark rings or wedding rings both with a pattern on the outside and a description inside the ring.
