Height 20 cm
The EM-Smart SUPER marking machine allows for engraving on objects with a maximum height of 20 cm as standard. However, after turning the head attachment by 90 degrees, the height of the objects increases significantly.
30 and 50 Watts of power
30W and 50W of power from the MAX Photonics laser source will allow you to mark metal and selected plastics.
Marking in a circle
The EM-Smart SUPER marking machine is equipped with a rotary attachment.
Area 150 x 150 mm
The EM-Smart marking machine has a high-quality lens, which allows you to mark objects in an area of 150 x 150 mm as standard. It can be enlarged to 175 x 175 mm or smaller lenses of 110x110mm and 70x70mm can be used.
EZCAD Software
EM-Smart offers EZ-CAD V2.14.11 software, which fully works under Win 7, Win 10 and supports many graphic formats: ai, dxf, dst, plt, bmp, jpg, png and others. Thanks to cooperation with the database, you can save character strings and automate the marking process. Add to this the automatic feeder and you will significantly speed up the marking process.
Easy to use
Simple operation thanks to the integrated two-point system facilitating the determination of the height of marked objects.
Safety at work
The safety button available on the front panel of the machine and built-in protection of electronic components allow for safe operation. Additionally, the prepared safety casing allows for effective protection of co-workers. Safety glasses are included as standard!
Power consumption up to 180W
Power consumption of only up to 180W during operation is one of the best results in the class of Fiber lasers, which can consume close to 800W. It is worth betting on ecology and a low energy bill!
