EM-Smart SUPER are even more efficient models of laser markers! They use a 30W and 50W MAX Photonics laser source. They are available in a version without and with a rotary attachment.

The SUPER version is based on the BASIC and BASIC2 generation of markers available and known on the market. These are very compact devices with higher power, respectively 30W and 50W in relation to the BASIC model. This allows for even more effective marking as well as cutting in thin sheet metal using a special vice, an addition to EM-Smart lasers.
In the version with a rotary attachment, they allow for additional applications and marking on round objects (cups, tools, parts, etc.).
The EM-Smart SUPER laser marker has been specially designed for many industries, including craftsmen, workshops or production companies, where thanks to the small size, compact design and additional accessories, it allows you to effectively use the device even in a small space.

Versatile use
EM-Smart will work in many industries
The EM-Smart laser will work in many industries, both on the production line, where you will be able to mark serial numbers on your items, as well as in an advertising company. You can make nameplates, prints on gadgets, or other permanent markings.
The EM-Smart BASIC 2R version with a rotary attachment will be a complement wherever you need to mark round objects: tools, sleeves, as well as thermal cups and other round objects. Due to the possibility of the attachment working also in the Z axis, jewelers mark rings or wedding rings with both the pattern on the outside and the description inside the ring.
CHECK EM-SMART SUPER POSSIBILITIES
EM-Smart was appreciated during the fair: Festival of Marketing in Warsaw, where it received the Gold Medal, precisely for its compact size and at the same time for the capabilities of a typical fiber laser with similar parameters.
We present the applications of lasers, the method of their assembly, which in the case of the NOVA laser takes literally several seconds. We also show other models, e.g. SUPER, to which many additional elements can be added. The most interesting in our workshops will be examples of the use of laser marking. We show various objects that we mark, mainly metals, but not only.

Increasing the quality and safety of work
Foot switch
Foot switch used during repetitive work. It allows you to trigger the laser beam after changing the marked object without the help of a computer (``Enter`` button) in continuous operation mode.
EM-Smart filter
A quiet and compact filter for lasers with a large air flow of 200m3 / h, a rotating inlet pipe with an additional suction tip and three filters that capture smoke, dust and harmful gases.
Interchangeable focusing lens
Replacement focusing lens for all EM-Smart BASIC laser models: lens 70 x 70 mm, lens 150 x 150 mm and 175 x 175 mm
Security enclosure
