The EM-SMART BASIC fiber laser is a device for permanent marking on metals and some plastics. It is made for small businesses or advertising agencies. Small dimensions, low energy consumption, and light structure are an additional advantage over the competition.

Permanent engraving on metal

With the EM-Smart BASIC laser, you can permanently mark any metal in just a few seconds! Combining an 20W MAXphotonics laser source with an engraving speed of up to 7000mm/s will allow you to make even a large production batch in a few moments. The 110x110mm working area means an amazing focus of the laser beam. The size of the focused laser point is thinner than a human hair – thus, you do not have to worry about the accuracy and legibility of even the smallest letters.

Wide range of focus adjustment

EM-Smart BASIC has a wide range of focus adjustments. This allows you to engrave objects up to 20cm high.

Due to the wide height adjustment range, this laser is also available with a rotary attachment.

Round? - not a problem!

EM-Smart BASIC is also available with a rotary attachment (BASIC R version). The rotary attachment has a tilt range from 0 ° to 90 ° and a maximum gripping diameter of 10 cm. It will allow you to mark round objects such as: rings, bracelets, thermoses, etc. You must remember that when you buy EM-Smart BASIC in the standard version, it is NOT later possible to extend it with a rotary attachment. The EM-Smart BASIC R version differs in the electronic components inside the machine.

EM-Smart will work perfectly in many industries.
The EM-Smart laser will work in many industries, both on the production line, where you can mark serial numbers on your items, and in an advertising company. You can make number plates, prints on gadgets or other permanent markings on the metal.

The EM-Smart Basic + R version with a rotary attachment will be a supplement wherever you need to mark round objects: tools, sleeves, thermal mugs and other round things. Because the rotary attachment can tilt – jewelers can mark rings with a pattern on the outside and a description inside the ring.

Security enclosure

It protects your eyes from the laser beam during work. For complete safety, safety glasses are always included with the machine!

EM-Smart filter

A quiet and compact filter for lasers with a large air flow of 200m3 / h, a rotating inlet pipe with an additional suction tip and three filters that capture smoke, dust and harmful gases.

Foot switch

Foot switch used during repetitive work. It allows you to trigger the laser beam after changing the marked object without the help of a computer (``Enter`` button) in continuous operation mode.
