Compact fiber laser engraver with new possibilities. Thanks to the EM-Smart MOPA, you can mark stainless steel in color and anodized aluminum in black – and all this in an unprecedentedly small device.

Laser source of EM-Smart MOPA

EM-Smart MOPA has a JPT fiber laser source with a power of 20W or 30W. This laser source uses the variability of the pulse duration in the range from 2 to 500ns. MOPA will allow you to achieve a result equivalent to a typical fiber laser in a shorter marking time, thanks to the precise management of the power of the laser source. Compared to the EM-Smart ONE or EM-Smart BASICS fiber lasers, the frequency and pulse width of the JPT fiber laser are independently controlled. By adjusting and matching these two parameters, we can mark a wider range of materials with greater marking contrast. Thanks to the MOPA laser, you have greater possibilities of marking plastics, obtaining a wider range of possibilities. Optional version with a rotary attachment.

Color engraving is now possible!

The MOPA laser allows you to achieve engravings on stainless steel in up to 32 colors thanks to the ability to adjust the frequency and duration of the laser pulse. By adjusting both parameters, the MOPA laser will allow you to obtain a higher contrast engraving on a wide range of metals and plastics. Black engraving on anodized aluminum, colored on stainless steel, white on black plastic. Thanks to the precision of the generated power, the MOPA laser will reduce possible melting during the engraving of plastics and will achieve the highest quality final effect. Color engraving is now possible!

Who is EM-Smart MOPA for?

EM-Smart MOPA has a wider range of possibilities compared to EM-Smart ONE or BASIC lasers. MOPA is mainly used for marking various metal materials or black engravings on anodized aluminum. What distinguishes the EM-Smart MOPA is the fact that you can achieve a deeper contrast on metals and plastics. Using a laser point four times thinner than the thickness of a human hair – the sharpness of even the smallest letters is ensured.

EM-Smart will work in many industries

The EM-Smart laser will work in many industries, both on the production line, where you will be able to mark serial numbers on your items, as well as in an advertising company. You can make nameplates, prints on gadgets, or make other permanent markings with it.

Increasing the quality and safety of work

Foot switch

Foot switch used during repetitive work. It allows you to trigger the laser beam after changing the marked object without the help of a computer (``Enter`` button) in continuous operation mode.

EM-Smart filter

A quiet and compact filter for lasers with a large air flow of 200m3 / h, a rotating inlet pipe with an additional suction tip and three filters that capture smoke, dust and harmful gases.

Security enclosure

It protects your eyes from the laser beam during work. For complete safety, safety glasses are always included with the machine!
