EM-Smart MOPA has a JPT fiber laser with a power of 20W, 30W and 60W, which uses a pulse duration variability in the range of 2 to 500ns. MOPA will allow you to obtain an effect equivalent to a typical fiber laser in a shorter marking time, thanks to precise management of the laser source power. Compared to the EM-Smart Nova fiber laser or the EM-Smart Basic series, the frequency and pulse width of the JPT fiber laser are independently controlled. By adjusting and matching these two parameters, we can mark a wider range of materials with a higher marking contrast. Thanks to the MOPA laser, you have greater possibilities of marking plastics, obtaining a wider range of possibilities. A version with a rotary attachment is available as an option.

The EM-Smart fiber laser will prove useful in many industries
The EM-Smart MOPA laser will work well in many industries, but we especially recommend it to the industrial and advertising industries, as well as in jewelry. Its special capabilities allow for color marking on stainless steel, especially a distinct black color, but we can also get an excellent effect on anodized aluminum and titanium. Additionally, thanks to higher power, you will provide yourself with greater flexibility and the possibility of making larger batches of products!
The EM-Smart MOPA +R version with a rotating attachment will be a complement wherever you need to mark round objects: tools, sleeves, as well as thermo mugs and others. Due to the possibility of working the attachment also in the Z axis, jewelers will mark rings or wedding rings both with a pattern on the outside and a description inside the ring.
