- submit a return within 14 days of receiving the goods,
- keep the original packaging and contents of the Product box,
- The goods should be returned within 14 days of reporting the return,
- The refund will be made using the payment method that was used in the original transaction,
- As a rule, you will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of the return declaration.
